Qualifications for Business Development Executive in Brentwood, TN
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization; familiarity with marketing automation is a plus.
• Pre-call planning experience.
• Opportunity qualification and objection handling experience.
• Time and territory management experience.
• Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where prospect data is accurately entered into a CRM system.
• Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player.
• Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
• The highest level of integrity.
• Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office Suite).
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Sales training and experience is a plus.
• Any Sales CRM experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Predictable Revenue techniques by Aaron Ross is a plus.
